07:40 · The walk to work

Your day counts too.

Not every workout has a start button. The walk to work, the stairs, the lunchtime loop: Ondori is designed to count it all quietly, with no screen to check between meetings.

12:30 · The lunchtime loop

In plain words, the numbers get clear.

  • StepsSteps and distance: how far your day really took you, walk by walk.
  • 0–21Strain: how hard the whole day worked your heart, from the commute to the evening run.
  • 1–100Recovery: read overnight from HRV and resting heart rate, so you know how ready you are in the morning.
  • SleepLight, deep and REM stages, and how often you woke.

18:10 · An evening run

Built to disappear.

A soft woven band with no screen to light up in a meeting or at dinner. Wear it to bed, and last night's sleep is waiting in the app when you wake.

You lift your wrist to check.

Nothing glows back. No screen. Not even the time.

your band, still counting

Eyes up, commuter. I count every step whether you watch me or not. Leave the screen time to your phone: bigger screen, better graphs, and it's been dying to show you this.

Features

What Ondori tells you, in plain words.

The band reads your heart and movement. The app turns that into a few numbers you can actually use.

Sleep

How long you slept, and how much of it was light, deep and REM sleep.

For example Compare nights after an evening workout with nights after a rest day.

Recovery 1–100

A morning score from your overnight heart-rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate, compared with your own normal.

For example See how your body responds to yesterday's workout before you plan today's.

Strain 0–21

How hard a workout, or a whole day, worked your heart.

For example A long hike and a hard gym session can both score high. See which days really took it out of you.

HRV and resting heart rate

The tiny gaps between heartbeats, and your heart rate while you sleep, tracked against your own baseline.

For example Notice when a busy week or a run of short nights starts to show in your numbers.

Steps and activity

Steps, distance estimated from your stride, and the energy you burn by moving, all day long.

For example Find out how much the walk to work and the stairs really add up to.

Heart-rate recovery

How far your heart rate falls in the minute after a hard effort.

For example Watch how it changes as you train, session after session.

How it works

Put it on. Forget it. Look later.

  1. Wear it

A soft woven band with one button and one green light. No screen to check, so you can wear it all day and to bed.

  2. Live your day

It's designed to record your heart and movement in the background: walks, workouts, work and sleep. Nothing to start, nothing lighting up.

  3. Open the app

When you want the detail, it's on your phone: your morning scores, last night's sleep, each workout and your trends over weeks.

  4. Charge now and then

Target: five or more days per charge, on a magnetic dock.

The app

Your phone does the showing.

Everything the band records lands in the Ondori app: a quick look at today, last night's sleep, and where your effort went.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Ondori really have no screen?

Yes. The band has one button and one green status light. Everything it records shows up in the Ondori app on your phone, so there's nothing on your wrist pulling at your attention.

What does it track?

It's designed to track heart rate, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, blood oxygen (overnight), skin temperature, sleep stages, steps and distance, and active energy. The app turns these into strain (0–21), recovery (1–100) and heart-rate recovery. See every measure.

Do I need a phone?

Yes. Ondori syncs to the companion app over Bluetooth Low Energy, and that's where you see your data. We'll confirm which phones are supported before launch.

How long does the battery last?

The target is five or more days per charge with 24/7 wear, charged on a magnetic dock. We'll publish the measured figure once it's confirmed.

Can I wear it in the shower or for a swim?

It's being designed to be water-resistant for everyday wear. The exact rating isn't confirmed yet, so we can't say more about swimming for now.

Does it have GPS?

No. Distance is estimated from your steps and stride.

Is it a medical device?

No. Ondori is a wellness product: its readings are for reference and aren't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.

When can I buy it, and how much will it cost?

Neither is announced yet. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first.
